Vivo en Chandler Arizona y en Noviembre del 2019, me sucedio un incidente en mi hogar que me cambio la vida y no solo a mi si no a mi familia entera.
Mi casa se incendio y las consecuencias fueron muy graves materialmente, aunque a ningun miembro de mi familia le sucedio nada, pasamos con secuelas e imagenes de ese dia por mucho tiempo. Nuestro mundo se nos vino encima literalmente y no sabiamos que hacer o en quien confiar, nos preocupaba el estar practicamente sin ninguna guia de que hacer, mi aseguranza me dijo que no me preocupara que ellos se iban hacer cargo, pero no sentia confianza a pesar de ser cliente de ellos por muchos anos, no sabia que decir o que no debia decir, adonde ibamos a vivir mi familia y yo mientras todo esto pasaba, que iba a pasar con mis pertenencias, mi ropa, mis muebles, tantas preguntas sin respuestas y por mas duro que me pareciera la vida continuaba, teniamos que ir a trabajar los ninos a la escuela y no tenia tiempo para pensar en nada.
Un dia despues del incidente recibi una llamada de Melvin de Strong Tower Construction y dije, una mas de las miles que e recibido ofreciendo me ayuda, pero esta vez algo sono diferente para mi, confie en la voz que escuche a traves del telefono, contesto algunas de mis preguntas e inquietudes y lo mejor era en mi idioma, el espanol, asi que hice una cita con ellos para el siguiente dia y si, nos entendimos desde el primer momento.
Me disipo toda duda y entonces confie mis problemas, y mi hogar a Strong Tower Construction y tambien la asesoria de mi reclamo a Brown O'Haver que de igual manera contestaron todas mis preguntas. Me prometieron ayudarme a buscar la mejor solucion a mi situacion en esos momentos. Me prometieron tambien muchas cosas de las cuales la mitad les crei, yo lo que queria era a alguien en quien confiar para que me ayudara a mi y a mi familia.
Dejeme decirle que despues de algunos meses que se me hicieron eternos, estoy de regreso en mi nueva casa y si, mi nueva casa, porque el trabajo que hicieron fue mas alla de mis expectativas y aun no puedo creer lo hermosa que mi nueva casa luce el dia de hoy. Lo que me hace sentir mas orgullosa de ella es que pude estar involucrada en cada detalle y con las ideas y sugerencias de Luis y su esposa Maribel de Strong Tower Construction mi familia y yo estamos muy felices y agradecidos por su trabajo y ayuda.
Dan de Brown O'Haver, fue tambien crucial en los resultados del reclamo a la aseguranza, ellos son los que lidiaron con la aseguranza y el banco para conseguir el dinero con el cual Strong Tower Construction hizo mi casa nueva. I live in Chandler, Arizona. In November 2019, I experienced an incident in my home that changed my life, and not only mine, but my entire family's life as well.
My house caught fire and the material damage was very severe. Even though no member of my family was physically harmed, we lived with the emotional impact and memories of that day for a very long time. Our world completely fell apart and we did not know what to do or who to trust. We were worried because we practically had no guidance on what to do next. My insurance company told me not to worry because they would take care of everything, but I still did not feel confident, even after being their customer for many years. I did not know what I should or should not say, where my family and I would live during the process, or what would happen to my belongings, clothes, and furniture. There were so many unanswered questions, and even though life felt overwhelming, it continued. We still had to go to work and the children still had to go to school, leaving little time to process everything.
One day after the incident, I received a call from Melvin at Strong Tower Construction. At first I thought it would be just another one of the many calls I had received offering help, but this time something felt different. I trusted the voice I heard over the phone. He answered several of my questions and concerns, and most importantly, he spoke my language, Spanish. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day, and from the very beginning we understood each other.
They cleared away all my doubts, and I trusted Strong Tower Construction with both my home and my problems. I also trusted Brown O'Haver with helping guide my insurance claim, and they answered all my questions as well.
They promised to help me find the best solution during one of the most difficult times of my life. They promised me many things, and honestly I only believed half of them at first. What I really wanted was someone I could trust to help me and my family.
Let me say that after several months that felt endless, I am finally back in my new home, and yes, my new home, because the work they completed went far beyond my expectations. Even today I still cannot believe how beautiful my new home looks. What makes me even more proud is that I was able to be involved in every detail, and with the ideas and suggestions from Luis and his wife Maribel at Strong Tower Construction, my family and I are very happy and grateful for all their work and support.
Dan from Brown O'Haver was also crucial in the insurance claim results. They handled the insurance company and the bank in order to secure the funds that allowed Strong Tower Construction to rebuild my home. They also helped me with all of my belongings to make sure everything I lost in the fire was fully compensated.
